POSTAGE AND COLLECTIONS

Items can be collected 24 hours after the Timed Auction has finished and full payment has been received by PFW

All items must be checked for damage when collected by the buyer as PFW will not be responsible once they have left our premises whether checked or not checked. PFW will update our website and the Easylive website with any further condition reports, changes to reserves, estimates etc.

If postage is required, you can request a quote through Easylive or windibank.co.uk website once you have received your invoice.

All items must be paid for and collected no later than 14 days after the Auction.  Please refer to our Terms & Conditions as charges may apply

All items purchased in the Timed Auction must be collected within 5 working days from the end of the Timed Auction. In some cases, and with agreement prior to the Timed Auction, PFW will the item(s) only if the accounts have been settled in full.

PFW may not hold all items sold on the Timed Auctions, the vendor will arrange to deliver sold items to our showroom 24 hours after the Timed Auction.

In some cases, items may be collected direct from the vendor, this will be clearly stated in the Lot description and PFW will pass the vendor's and buyer's contact details to arrange collection at the buyer’s cost

All condition reports provided by the vendor and PFW are deemed as true, however if on collection it is proven that a false description has been made, a full refund will be given to the buyer.

Item(s) must be collected within 5 days from the close of the Timed Auction, after 10 days, this will be deemed a breach of contract and may incur penalties/bans (Please see 11.8 of our Terms and Conditions https://windibank.liveauctionservices.com/terms-conditions/)

PFW will arrange postage on certain items and there will be a link on the invoice to request a quote for postage.

For example:

£15.00 plus VAT for Lots(s) weighing up to 1kg (sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK)
A minimum charge of  £20.00 plus VAT for Lot(s)weighing over 1kg up to 8kg, sent by courier (APC Overnight) within the UK (NB surcharge may apply for Northern Ireland, Scotland and Isles)  
A minimum charge of £25.00 plus VAT for Lot(s) above 8kg, dependant on size, weight and destination

International postage – we will quote and advise separately

PFW will endeavour to pack every parcel to the best of their ability, however we are not professional packers and will not be liable for any damage or loss. If you require professional packer’s details, please contact us.
